Hi! I'm your trainer, Destiny! I have been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years and have worked with clients with many different goals and concerns. Over time, I learned that my favourite clients to work with were pre and postnatal women and active agers. Why? Because this niche of people often shares my love of working on deliberate, pain-free movement and are willing to take the time to help themselves!
I've also had to go through my own transformation and relearn how to move well. Life has brought me some challenges that have left me with a much lower tolerance for high-impact exercise. I know what it feels like to be confused, stressed, and sad about losing some past movement ability.
My goal is to help you reach your goals by moving properly and moving better.
If your goal is fat loss, we'll achieve fat loss while simultaneously keeping or improving your strength and making sure you're using the right muscle groups to achieve your movement.
If your goal is to gain strength and feel more fluid in your movement, I'll help you build muscle and develop your mobility.
